Join us for a FREE 60-minute educational seminar Friday, May 3rd from 12pm-1pm.
Topic: "135 Hours of Wellness: Engage Mind & Body" presented by Tiffani Hinkeldey, YMCA Health Coach.
Total wellness is made up of eight dimensions, which include: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. If any of these dimensions are neglected over time, it will adversely affect one’s health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Just like a balanced diet is needed for healthy nutrition, balanced wellness engages the body, mind, and spirit. This multi-dimensional wellness approach focuses on emphasizing the importance of positivity and eternal motivation for promoting healthy habits to improve one’s quality of life.
Seminars are held every 1st Friday in the Community Rooms at 12pm. Non-members are welcome to attend!
